Kitchenette: fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, single or double burner counter cooktop. Some studio rooms have their own bathroom in studio. Some studio rooms share a bathroom with one other studio via locked interior hallway. Dog/fish allowed. No cats/birds. Reptiles maybe. Some studios are single occupancy only. Some studios single or couple occupancy allowed. Day time visitors or occasional partner sleep over okay. No regular nightly guests unless paying double occupancy. Not recommended for children or musical instruments. No smoking or vaping of any kind in studios or within 20’ of all buildings. 3 blocks off downtown Main St. Walking distance: dog park, trails, restaurants/bars, stores, tour companies. All utilities, Wi-Fi, onsite free laundry facility included. First, last, & $1,000 deposit required for hold/move in. $800-$1,565 per month depending on lease length. The King of the Hammers is a race unlike any other! The event has racing that encompasses desert T1 Trucks, Buggies, Dirt Bikes, Class 11 Volkswagen Bugs, UTVs, the Every Man Challenge Class with Stock, Modified and Legends races and the Unlimited 4400 race which wraps up the week. KOH is the season opener each year for the Ultra4 National Series racing tour.

We rent all models of the Polaris RZR, and also offer side by sides, modified Jeep Rentals, and Dirt Bike Rentals.
